Creativity Meets Compliance: A Practical Framework
Compliance training shouldn’t be a dreaded chore. It should be more like a towel in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy—indispensable, unexpectedly handy, and occasionally capable of rescuing you from certain doom (or at least a legal audit).
With the Creative Privacy Framework, we’ve reimagined how organizations can tackle everything from AI RMF, SOC II, and ISO to PCI DSS and anti-bribery compliance.

The EU AI Act’s Article 4 emphasizes the need for tailored employee education on AI literacy. Instead of bombarding teams with technical jargon, we make the training relatable. For example, we use metaphors like a “GDPR reverse UNO card” to explain how roles shift under the Act, making it easier for employees to understand their obligations as deployers of AI systems.
We also encourage organizations to explore their AI vendors’ commitments by crafting creative scenarios. For instance, as part of a creative privacy strategy, you can turn training into a collaborative exercise:
Ask teams to share their versions and vote on the most creative one. This sparks lively conversation, drives home the importance of responsible AI, and keeps the training memorable.
Break your team into groups and have them rewrite the mission or vision statements of leading AI companies from two perspectives: the optimistic 'AI Fundamentalist' lens and the dramatic 'AI Apocalypse' lens.
